Domino’s Pizza in Russia began a promotion last week in which they offered free pizza for life to anyone who got the brand’s logo tattooed “in a prominent place” on their body. Little did they know people would be more than willing to get a dumb Domino’s tattoo for some free za.

Within five days of the promotion, over 300 people reportedly rushed out to get Domino’s tattoos and demand their free pizza. The chain was then forced to cancel the challenge altogether when it was originally intended to run for two months.

Depending on when you got your tattoo, you may or may not get your free pizza. The chain announced on September 4th that they would no longer be accepting tattoos and to “cancel your appointments.” You could say the promotion backfired, but at least some folks are walking away from this mistake with a lifetime supply of free pizza!
